Female cycle tracking is also built in, along with step counting, calorie burn estimates, standing reminders, and sedentary alerts to keep you moving throughout the day. An auto-goal feature learns your activity level over time and assigns a dynamic daily step target.

Activity Tracking

With built-in Multi-GPS, the Beyond 3 Plus accurately records your outdoor workouts, mapping your route and measuring real-time distance, pace, and calories burned. Activity records are stored and synced to the FitBeing app so you can review your progress over time. The watch also counts steps automatically throughout the day and tracks standing activity to encourage a more active routine.

Smart Features

Stay connected without reaching for your phone. The Beyond 3 Plus supports Bluetooth voice calls directly from your wrist and delivers smart notifications for calls, texts, Gmail, and other smartphone app alerts. You can control your smartphone's music playback and camera remotely, check a four-day weather forecast, use the built-in flashlight, and activate Do Not Disturb mode when you need focus. Find My Phone and Find My Watch functions are also included for those moments when either device goes missing.

Usage

Time and date display, GPS time sync, automatic daylight saving time adjustment, alarm clock, stopwatch, and countdown timer are all available on the watch itself.
