Gazebo Roof /Canopy 3X3M Cloth

I ordered a 3M x 3M gazebo cover from you through Buy Kiwi which arrived promptly. However upon opening the package ( labelled 3M x3M ) we found it did not fit our 3M square gazebo frame & when we measured it it was only 2.9M square. Upon contacting Buy Kiwi they referred it to you & you sent a prepaid label to return it via Aramex. When I rang Aramex nearest office in Hamilton they refused to collect it as we have a rural address & refused to tell me who their local agent was who had delivered the parcel, said I would have to bring it to Hamilton, 100km from here. I contacted our local NZ postwoman who usually delivers any couriered package & she said she did often deliver for Aramex & would takecare of it. Since then. a I have seen Aramex couriers I several times in our nearest town, Thames, which is only 20km from here who would have to drive right past our gate on SH26. I have heard nothing more from you & have not been refunded for the purchase. I would appreciate if you could sort this out quickly. Thank you, Jennifer Short
