The ESCAM QF624 is a solar-powered pan/tilt outdoor security camera that delivers constant, cable-free surveillance for homes, farms, and remote properties. Combining a 20W solar panel with a substantial 30000mAh rechargeable battery, the QF624 can run in 24/7 continuous recording mode without ever needing a power outlet or cables. Using the UBOX app on Android or iOS, you can view a live feed, review recordings, adjust pan/tilt angles, and manage settings from anywhere at any time.

The camera offers two flexible recording modes to suit your needs. In 24/7 Recording mode, the camera operates just like a traditional surveillance camera, capturing continuous footage around the clock. In Wake-Up mode, the camera remains in a low-power sleep state until the PIR sensor detects movement, at which point it wakes, records the event, and sends a push notification to your phone before returning to sleep. You can also set scheduled recording windows so the camera is only active at the times that matter most to you.

For night-time coverage, the QF624 combines IR night vision and white LED illumination, each with a range of up to 30 metres. Smart Light modes let you choose how the camera responds in low-light conditions. The built-in PIR sensor provides motion detection up to 15 metres, triggering recordings and app alerts in Wake-Up mode. Two-way audio via the 3W speaker and built-in microphone lets you communicate through the camera, and a security alarm adds an extra deterrent.

Footage can be stored locally on a microSD card (up to 128GB, not included) or via cloud storage, which requires a paid subscription. Digital zoom is available within the UBOX app, and H.265 compression keeps file sizes manageable without sacrificing quality. The camera must be installed in a location where the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight to maintain battery charge during extended use.
