Usage

Before using your new mask for the first time, you will need to remove the silicone film left on the inside of the lens during manufacture. This film can cause fogging if not removed. Follow these steps to prepare your mask:

Wash your hands thoroughly to remove any oils.
Apply a generous amount of plain adult toothpaste to the inside of the lens. Do not use whitening toothpaste, as the chemicals can damage the mask.
Rub the toothpaste firmly into the lens. As you rub, the texture should gradually feel smoother, which indicates the silicone film is being removed.
Once the entire lens surface feels smooth, rinse the toothpaste away thoroughly with clean water.
Perform a breath test by breathing out through your nose onto the lens. If fogging still occurs, repeat the process until the lens stays clear.
