Get clear, comfortable underwater vision with the Atlantis Spree MS40 Mask and Snorkel Set, designed for adult snorkellers and divers. A crystal silicone skirt, tempered glass lens, and purge-valve snorkel make this set a reliable choice for beginners and experienced swimmers alike.
The Atlantis Spree MS40 Mask and Snorkel Set pairs a well-engineered adult dive mask with a feature-rich flex snorkel, giving you everything you need for a comfortable session in the water. The mask uses a crystal silicone double-flanged skirt to create a reliable, water-tight seal across a medium adult face shape, while quick-adjust ratcheting buckles let you fine-tune the fit without fuss. The single tempered glass lens sits in an extremely lightweight yet rugged polycarbonate frame, keeping your view clear and the overall weight low.
The included flex snorkel is built around high-grade crystal silicone and features a flexible drop-away bottom section that moves naturally with your head. A purge valve makes clearing any water that enters the snorkel quick and effortless, and the low-profile exhaust section is designed to prevent water from pooling inside. The snorkel retainer allows for swift positional adjustments, and the silicone mouthpiece is fully replaceable when needed.

Before using your new mask for the first time, you will need to remove the silicone film left on the inside of the lens during manufacture. Start by washing your hands thoroughly to remove any oils. Apply a generous amount of plain adult toothpaste to the inside of the lens. Do not use whitening toothpaste, as the chemicals it contains can damage the mask material. Rub the toothpaste firmly into the lens. As you continue rubbing, the texture should gradually feel smoother, which indicates the silicone film is being broken down.
Once the entire lens surface feels smooth, rinse the toothpaste away with clean water and perform a breath test by breathing out gently through your nose while wearing the mask. If the lens still fogs, repeat the toothpaste process until the fogging stops. This preparation step only needs to be done once and will significantly improve your in-water visibility.
