Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping with Goldstone Creative Co. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return: 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Conditions

When you purchase goods from our Site and from our other Sites, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

– Standard Delivery

– Rural Delivery

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the product(s) purchased and the delivery method selected.  Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the price for the goods you purchase. We do offer free delivery for New Zealand orders $40 and over. 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery, including paying for rural delivery if you live in an RD area.  We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. If you select standard delivery and your re in a rural delivery address and do not pay the accurate postage, we have the right to refuse and refund your order, or ask you to pay the difference.  We are also not liable for the delivery company delivering to the wrong address, and any queries about a parcel delivery are to be made through the designated shipping company.
