Kapsule manages all customer communications, inquiries, and dispute resolution under

What products can I sell?
We support a wide range of categories including fashion, beauty, electronics, home & living,
outdoor gear, pet supplies, and groceries. All products must comply with New Zealand
consumer law and our marketplace policies.
Do I need to be a registered business?
You can sell as either a registered business or a sole trader. All sellers must comply
with New Zealand consumer protection laws and provide accurate business information
during registration.
