1. Purpose
1.1 These Community Guidelines set expectations for behaviour on Kapsule.
1.2 They apply to all Buyers, Sellers, listings, messages, and reviews.
2. Respect and conduct
2.1 Users must treat all others with respect and courtesy.
2.2 The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse
- Hate speech, threats, or bullying
- Misuse of the platform to spread offensive or illegal material
3. Accuracy and honesty
3.1 Users must provide accurate information at all times.
3.2 Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Misleading product descriptions or false claims
- Fake orders, reviews, or ratings
- Fraudulent use of another person’s identity
4. Reviews and feedback
4.1 Reviews must be genuine and reflect actual experiences.
4.2 Sellers must not:
- Offer incentives for positive reviews
- Post reviews on their own products
- Pressure Buyers to remove or alter reviews
4.3 Buyers must not post defamatory, abusive, or irrelevant reviews.
5. Communication
5.1 All Buyer–Seller communication must occur through the Kapsule platform.
5.2 The following are prohibited:
- Unsolicited marketing or spam
- Sharing personal contact details to bypass Kapsule
- Inappropriate or offensive messages
6. Content and listings
6.1 All content must comply with Kapsule’s Prohibited & Restricted Content Policy.
6.2 Users must not upload or list content that is:
- Illegal or unsafe
- Obscene, defamatory, or offensive
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
7. Privacy and security
7.1 Customer data must only be used to fulfil orders.
7.2 Users must not:
- Sell, share, or misuse personal data
- Attempt to access another user’s account
- Use bots, scraping tools, or manipulative practices to interfere with the platform
8. Enforcement
8.1 Breaches of these Guidelines may result in:
- Removal of content or listings
- Warnings or account suspension
- Permanent termination of access
- Forfeiture of funds in cases of fraud
